The hotel has modern design, spacious and clean rooms. The pools are nice, especially the family pool with 5 levels of infinity pools. The breakfast is amazing and the balcony view is stunning. The staff is friendly and the gym facilities are great for a solid workout. The hotel offers food delivery and onsite PCR testing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and come with a free minibar.

That hotel was in a beautiful location, by the Chinese restaurant here. In overall the room was perfectly clean and absolutely perfect and with balconies, view of balconies and a birthday cake.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and beach area were well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The IMAX theater on site was a great bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast at Driftwood restaurant offers a variety of options. The resort grounds are surrounded by lush rainforest conservation for a peaceful ambiance. Peacocks can be seen in a designated area, where they would benefit from more space to roam freely.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facility is top-notch and the service is wonderful. The staff, from the chefs to the chamber maids, were all friendly and attentive. The butlers, Maria and Peter, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The hotel's location further down the beach was perfect, right by the lighthouse and the Chinese restaurant. The breakfast at the Driftwood restaurant was excellent, with a good variety of food and a beautiful view. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff were all impressive.

My family stayed for 5 nights and everyone enjoyed the stay. The service was excellent, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is very child-friendly, with entertainers during breakfast and evening buffet times. The room size was large and the showers were excellent. The swimming pools, especially the kids pool, were a hit with the whole family. The private beach was beautiful, with soft sand and clear blue sea. The breakfast at the Driftwood restaurant was perfect, with a great view and friendly staff. The eButler service was excellent, making it easy to request anything through WeChat. a fantastic stay at this hotel.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We stayed at a resort located by a yacht club, which provided us with a beautiful view of the ocean. The Driftwood restaurant offered delicious western food and had friendly waiters and chefs. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a fair price and a good variety of food, including a pleasant surprise of lobsters in the evening. The facilities, such as the swimming pools, gym, and mini theatre, were all enjoyable and well-maintained.

The service at the Chinese restaurant here did not meet our expectations.

One particular evening, we decided to try out the Social restaurant for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of delicious food options. The restaurant manager, Owen Chen, provided excellent recommendations and made us feel welcomed throughout the entire dining experience. The level of service he provided was exceptional and truly made our evening memorable. It's clear that the staff at The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort are dedicated to ensuring each guest has an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to detail.
